Jeonnam Development Corporation is a local public enterprise established in June 2004 with full investment from Jeollanam-do Province, with the aim of enhancing the welfare of provincial residents and contributing to the development of the local community.

Our corporation has achieved remarkable growth by successfully carrying out major pending projects within the region, including the Namak New Town Residential Site Development Project following the relocation of the Jeollanam-do Provincial Government, as well as various public-interest projects for balanced development across the province.

Going forward, in order to become a successful model of a public enterprise in which public interest and profitability are harmoniously balanced, all of our executives and employees will faithfully fulfill their roles and responsibilities so that Jeonnam can leap forward into a new “era of happiness” on the global stage through initiatives such as renewable energy projects, urban regeneration projects, job creation, and support for the socially disadvantaged.

In particular, as the depopulation of local areas is accelerating, we will make every effort to develop business models for public housing for young people and newlyweds, small-scale housing tailored to the characteristics of eup and myeon rural areas for returnees to farming and rural life, and public welfare housing for low-income households and the elderly.
