Article 49 of the Local Public Enterprises Act
- Land development refers to the systematic and planned process of preparing land so that it can be used for purposes such as residential, commercial, and public facilities.
It mainly means the development of land related to residential areas, where the government or private developers take the lead in developing housing sites (land for residential use) with the aim of supplying housing.
Through land development for housing sites, it helps resolve housing shortages, build urban infrastructure efficiently, and regulate the supply and demand in the housing market.
Tourism Complex Development
- This project aims to operate accommodation facilities owned by the Corporation in order to promote regional tourism and revitalize the local economy, thereby creating a positive impact on both customers and the local community.
Industrial Complex Development
- The development of industrial complexes refers to the creation of industry-related facilities and infrastructure in a designated area in order to systematically support industrial activities such as manufacturing, logistics, and research and development (R&D).
In general, industrial complex development aims to revitalize the regional economy and create employment. Such projects are usually led by the national or local government, which designates specific areas and provides the necessary basic infrastructure.
